TERMS & CONDITIONS
1)Please use our ORDER FORM to order.Unless you want to risk for wrong orders.
2) Genuine orders only. Fake buyers will be placed on the blacklist!
3)For enquries, you can email to show-stage@live.com or contact us.
4)As for the Show fan club(SFC) items,if you guys want to order,you need to be quick as some items may be limited.
5)We check our goods throughly before we mail out your items. No exchanges or refunds once payment is made. Please check our measurements before you order and use the order form.
6)Please note that once i've put the word "sold out" , If i'm ordering the 2nd batch price may differ.I do not quote the price its the supplier who quote it.
7)I only accept ATM transfers and iBanking currently.Other form of payment please ask me before you proceed.
8)All items are under Pre-Order currently! InStock items will be coded.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Please use our ORDER FORM to order. (It is to ensure that you will not miss out any necessary info we need) We will reply within 36hours, if you do not receive any reply from us, please email directly or leave your email and questions at "ShoutBox" and we shall get back to you ASAP.
2. After sending the Order Form to us, we will send you a confirmation email with our bank account information (POSB Savings) 209-14036-5 and the total amount to be paid. Please remember to keep your receipt for reference and inform us
3. Please make your payment within 2 days upon receipt of our confirmation email otherwise your order will be void. And you will be blacklisted!No payment/deposit=no item order. NO SUCH THINGS AS PAY DURING COLLECTION! (Refer to T&C no. 2)
4. After you have sent your payment to us, please reply to the confirmation email with your payment details (date, time and transaction ref. number).
5. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you an acknowledgment email and the goods will be mailed out within 3 days. All prices are quoted inclusive of registered air freight. Please allow 5 to 8 days to reach you. Pre-orders may take up to 3 weeks. If you are unable to wait, please do not order.
6. Please always make sure that the emails are from show-stage@live.com to prevent fraud or any misunderstandings. We do not use any other emails!!
